THE NAME ABOVE EVERY NAME
We live in an era where the word of God is absent and the
simplicity of the word of God is over looked. Where living in the end of the
world, but in all actuality, it is the end of an age, not some much end of the
world, yea it is the end of the world as we know it. When Christ return that will start the
millennium, Christ thousand-year reign. Many people make the word of God harder
to understand then it should be, a lot of times it is really plain English.
Understanding the word of God isn’t that hard, it just people don’t believe what they have read. They question the resurrection of Jesus, what’s wrong with these types of people, God has made the universe, have you seen Jupiter, Mercury, Saturn, the Milky Way, and countless stars, and galaxies. But he can’t bring a man back from the dead that’s small mind thinking, if God can create the galaxies that is but a small thing, to bring us back from the dead. People claim to know the name of God and don’t, they’ll tell you the name of God is Jehovah, when that’s an old English word for Lord. Jesus told us what God name was, but that’s overlooked, look at these Scriptures;
John 5:43 I am come “in my Father's name,” and ye receive me not: “if another shall come in his own name,” him ye will receive.
He said he came in his Father name, what name did he come in, but the name of Jesus, so how is the name Jehovah God’s name? The Scriptures said Jesus name is above every name, would there be any other name high then God’s name? That a simple answer and that answer would be, no!
Philippians 2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
Philippians 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
Jesus revealed unto disciples that he was name after his Father, God gave him his name it is really that simple.
John 17:6 I have manifested (revealed) thy name (Jesus) unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.
This is why we have a bible and should always study it, if you don’t you’ll believe anything, the best bible is the king James bible 1611. Deceive people and people who really don’t believe God, buy into lie that king James bible is tainted. It is the best bible I’ve ever had. This bible is really close to those who have never been Scripturally born again according to John 3:3, 5, Acts 2:38, if you don’t have one go get you one and pray and study for and understanding.
2 Tim. 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Heb. 11:6 But without faith (confidence in the word of God) it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is (he exist), and that “he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”
My final thoughts:
2 Cor.10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
