There is a great controversy going on and it seems to have been going on ever since the Lord Jesus was here. The great controversy is who was Jesus? Was he the Son of God or was he God. One group of people say he was God and the other group of people say he was the Son of God, but who was he? First, let’s look at the topic a strong delusion. What is a strong delusion?   A strong delusion is in spite of all the evident showing that something is a lie you hold to it as if it is true. Jesus said many would believe in him but it wouldn’t be according to what is written in the bible. Is it sad how those that say they are Christians has brought into the lies of the so-called Jewish people. They claim that the land of Palestine belong to them that they inherited this land through the promise God made to Abraham. That this is the fulfillment of that promise God made to Abraham, and many have fallen for these lies. There is a problem with the whole story their telling the world. First when God bring or restore the true Children of Israel back to their land there will be peace and the protection of God upon his people: case and point: Jer 30:7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble, but he shall be saved out of it (Daniel 12:1). How is there so much confusion about who Jesus was? Some say he was the Son of God others say he was God himself. But why must there be so much confusion, when we all have a bible that makes this subject plain. Today we have many people saying they believe in Jesus, but when it comes to the Scriptures, they don’t. Many people believe in Jesus but when I come to the Scriptures, they reject him not understanding what Jesus name represent and who he really was.   Jesus himself knows he is of great controversy, as well as his name. However, the Old Testament clears up the great controversy surrounding his name. ISA 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and “his name shall be called” Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.   His name, his name shall be called, the name of Jesus Christ is identify or associated with all these position of Authority and Power.
