Free from Sin

What does it mean to be free from sin?

To be free from something, mean you have to know what you’re being free from. So what is Sin, who was the first person to be called Sin? To understand what and who is Sin, we have to go to the bible.

Gen 3:1 Now the serpent (Satan the Devil) was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

Gen 3:2 And the woman said unto the serpent (Satan the Devil), We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

Gen 3:3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

Gen 3:4 And the serpent ((Satan the Devil)) said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

Satan the Devil is the first creator to called God Almighty a liar, becoming the first blasphemer. Eve on the another hand had gotten from under the headship of her husband and was out wondering, and got caught by the Satan the Devil and bought death upon the whole human family.

Gen 3:13 And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent (Satan the Devil) beguiled (deceive, mislead) me, and I did eat.

Gen 3:14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent (Lucifer now Satan the Devil), Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field (Cursed above all things); upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

Gen 3:15 And I will put enmity (hostility) between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed (the promise savior Christ Gal 4:4); it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

So Satan the Devil would later be called sin Genesis 4:7.

Gen 4:6 And the LORD said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth (angry)? and why is thy countenance fallen?

Gen 4:7 If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin (Satan the serpent, the Devil) lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire (Satan the Devil desire to have you and control you), and thou shalt rule over him (We are supposed to rule over him).

Cain was to have control over Satan it wasn’t suppose be the other way around. But like Cain and many people today they submit to Satan the Devil, and he controls their life.

Eph. 2:1 And you hath he quickened (given life), who were dead in trespasses and sins (Going beyond God Scriptures and living lawlessly);

Eph. 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air (Satan the Devil controlling your environment and the dictates of your mind), the spirit that now worketh (in action) in the children of disobedience (The spirit of Satan the Devil are in these people):

Those that are claiming to be saved, but are not obeying the Scriptures, but are doing as they please. Calling themselves prophetess, prophets, apostles, women minister, men and women who don’t know their genuine place in marriage or the home, or the kingdom of God, and really don’t care, abandoning what God has established for those of his kingdom. That why this Scriptures is in the Bible;

Matt 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that “doeth the will of my Father” which is in heaven.

Those that are obeying the Scriptures.

Matt 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

Matt 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Because the where teaching a counterfeit gospel and Jesus. They believe in Jesus but not according to Scriptures nor are they teaching what the apostles and Jesus taught.

John: 7:38 “He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said,” out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

A Scriptural understanding is precious in these day like in the time of Samuel (1Sam 3:1 Matt 7:13-14), like in his time not too many people understood the word of God.

Matt 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, “and few there be that find it.”

The word few speaks for our time, so not to many people really understand the word of God.

Matt 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

The counterfeit gospel is everywhere and everybody taking it for truth, but a person with a true understanding of the Scriptures is hard to find.

Eph. 2:3 Among whom also we all had our conversation (behavior) in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others (Because Satan the Devil are in control of these people).

So to be free from Sin is to be free from Satan the Devil control, and not being influence by his world and people.

Rom 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

Sacrifice: Denying the ungodly dictate of your mind that Satan trying to Influence and control.

Holy: Set a part, not follow religion, but one who submit to an accurate knowledge of the Scriptures and keep themselves from religious impurities.

Rom 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Conformed to this world: everything the world is doing your doing, Churches appointing women Bishop, women ministers, like Satan these fake pastors and preachers tell them they can do God’s will by violating his word 1 Tim 2:11-15, 1Cor 14:34-38. The big I and little you syndrome, chasing rich and fame and so many other things.

Transformed by the renewing of your mind: Being Scripturally educated and making adjustment to your life according to the word of God.

Taking advantage of water baptism in Jesus name, John 3,3, 5, the application of John 3:3,5, Acts 2:38, for Jew as well as the Gentiles Acts 10:44-48 it is necessary Mark 16:16, 1 Peter 3:19-21

Matt 13:9 Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

Matt 13:10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?

Matt 13:11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

Those of the kingdom can understand this, but those who are not part of the kingdom of God, what I am saying is like a foreign language. I am paraphrasing, Like bible say blessed is those who understand the word of God and obey it Rev 1:3.
